She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Belcher and Leona Belcher. She is survived by: her children, Elgin Datcher Jr., Cynthia Datcher-Morris (Vince) and Michael Datcher; and her grandchildren, Ashton, Torrin, Samuel, Ryan, Eyerusalem and Harlem. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
