He is survived by: his mother Christa Elizabeth Slagle (Neumann); his wife Shelly; his children, Victoria, Elizabeth (Casey), Katrina and Byron; his stepdaughter Charlene; and his siblings, Steven, Curtis, Sandy and Elka. He is also survived by grandchildren, along with a host of other family members.
