He is survived by: his wife Donna Smith of Bixby; his children, Steve Smith of Broken Arrow, David Smith (Jennifer) of Sperry, Jon Smith (Christie) of Claremore and Angela Davis of Bixby; and his siblings, James Smith (Anna Jo) of Pauls Valley, Betty Green, Linda Boyd and Anna Mae Hall. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
