He is survived by: his parents, Terry Wayne Samuels and Vicki Lynn (Henderson); his father-in-law Curtis; his sister Jessica Gibson (Jon); his nieces, Cora and Magnolia Gibson; his grandmothers, Sandy Samuels and Patsy Henderson; his aunt Diana Olson (Mickey); and his uncle Keith Henderson.
