He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Burnworth and Edith Burnworth; his brothers, James and Bobby; his wife Dona Allen; and his stepdaughter Connie Allen.

He is survived by: his daughters, Lynn Leach (Tom) of Tulsa, Mary Doerr (Bob) of Forsyth and Connie Mason (Zane) of Decatur, Texas; his stepdaughter Linda Dallyn (Warren) of Chauvin; his grandchildren, Justin Mason (Fay), Melissa Seabolt, Robert Leach, Mitchell Lang, Megan Allen, Johnathan Dallyn and Jeff Dallyn (Kelsie); and his great grandchildren, Sloan, Hank, Emmitt Mason, Tyler Seabolt, Erin, Jamey Leach, Brenna, Brecklyn Lang, Kaycee Corb and Reece Dallyn.
