She was predeceased by: her mother Teresa Jean Couri (Lacy); and her grandparents, Gail Arp, Billie Lacy and Charles Lacy. She is survived by: her father Rick Couri; her stepmother Christine; her siblings, Kelly Couri and Delaney Catalina Couri; her sister-in-law Jill Couri; her nieces, Hayden Couri and Hannah Couri; her grandparents, Jerry Arp (Mary Lynn) of Tulsa, Paul and Carlene Stiegler; and her aunts and uncles, Laura (Brad Edwards), Patricia (Richard Lacy), Paul (Dasia Stiegler) and Phillip (Tavia Stiegler).
