She is survived by: her husband Paul Anthony Germany; her children, Tina Germany and Tony Germany; her grandchildren, Ethan VanKooten and Belladonna VanKooten; her great grandchildren, Jensen, Draven and Daniel; and her siblings, Judy Wade, Ron Straley and Jerry Straley.
