He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelma Nearing and Ward Billingsly; his stepfather Rex Nearing; his wife Rita Delores Hunt; his son Reginald; and his sister Betty Waldrip.
He is survived by: his siblings, Max Billingsly and Rhonda Foresman; his daughters, Debra Linduff (Joe) and Kipley Crow (Steve); his grandchildren, Lindsey Johnson (Joe), Brittany Powers (John Micah), Brooke Hall (Hunter) and Brenna Crow; and his great grandchildren, Lily Johnson and Judah Powers. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Leonard-Marker Funeral Home (6521 E 151st St S, Bixby, OK 74008).
