It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ann Jeannette Prather of Blackwell, Oklahoma, born in McAlester, Oklahoma, who passed away on March 1, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James David and Thelma Joanne Prather (Ward); and her brothers, Jim and Bob Prather. She is survived by: her brother Tom Prather (Sheila) of Blackwell; and her stepmother Maralyn "Mo" Prather of Wardville. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial has been established in her honor with the Wardville Cemetery Association in c/o Roberts and Son Funeral Home, 120 W. Padon Ave., Blackwell, Oklahoma 74631.
