He is survived by: his wife Shirley Jean Brewer; his children, Christina Collins (Gene), Mark Moraine (Renee) and Michael Moraine (Heather); his grandchildren, Wilford Collins (Malia), Jonathan Moraine, Sarah Coufal (Andrew), David Moraine (Jamie), Amethyst Boyles (Tyler), Samuel Collins (Amy), Benjamin Collins (Lillian) and Michael Moraine; his great grandchildren, Adeline Collins, Allen Collins, Sabrina Moraine, Eliza Collins, Lillie Coufal, Samuel Collins, Shiloh Boyles, Wesley Collins and Cyrus Coufal; and his siblings, Bearl Moraine, Carol Ann Hawk (Ray) and Duane Moraine (Joan). He is also survived by his family and friends.
A memorial has been established in his honor with Christ's Church, 1203 S. 6th Street, Blackwell, Oklahoma 74631.
