She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis Marvin Smith and Alice Kay Widick Smith; her husband Richard Cooper; and her sons, Marvin Cooper and Ron Cooper.
She is survived by: her children, Karen (Larry Bryant) of Blackwell, Lori (Richard Braden) and Rick (Dee Cooper) of Blackwell; her daughter-in-law Ann Cooper of Blackwell; and her siblings, Danny Smith of Tulsa and Nancy of Tulsa. She is also survived by Eighteen grandchildren and thirty-eight great grandchildren.
