He is survived by: his children, Lisa Urban of Tonkawa and Lee Gardner of Seal Beach, CA; and his grandchildren, Russell Looper (Jennifer) of Ponca City, Rodney Looper, Sybil Sheets (Jimmie) of Ponca City, Joe Looper (Heather) of Blackwell, Jarad Looper (Crystal) of Blackwell, Shyla Urban of Tonkawa and Isac Urban (Daira) of Tonkawa.
