He was predeceased by: his father Robert Eugene; his son Justin Kyle Johns; and his grandparents, John Jefferson, Lorenine Johns, Ernest, Mamie Laughlin, Henry and Francis Baker.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Sue Roberts; his children, Damian Johns of Muskogee, Jennifer Smith of Blackwell and Tricia Watts of Lawton; and his siblings, Loren (Sudchaleaw Johns), Clay (Rebecca Johns), Jay Johns (Gail Hartl), Mike (Julie Mauntel) and Roberta Johns (John Buckhalter). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren; along with many other family members and friends.
