He was predeceased by: his parents, John L. Jack and Allie Bell Jack (Blankenship); his son Joshua; and his siblings, Leander, A. J., Jessie Jack, Margie Reeves, Louella Rushin, Juanita Maxy and Opal French.
He is survived by: his wife Nellie Barnett; his grandchildren, Dalton (Edith), Allyann, Lundyn (Boogie) of Blackwell, Dallas and Julian (Declan); his great grandchild Jaxtyn; and his sister Elsie Brown of Stillwater, OK. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the House of Prayer.
