He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Gibson and LaVena Gibson; and his sister Rebekka Lynn. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Gibson; his children, Deborah McGlothlin and Brian Gibson; his grandchildren, Joshua McGlothlin, Leah McGlothlin, Sarah McGlothlin, Thomas McGlothlin, Connor Gibson, Trey McGlothlin and Kambry McGlothlin; his stepgranddaughters, Caitlin and Emily; his great grandchildren, Nathan, Beckham, Milena and Hudson McGlothlin; and his siblings, Keith (Neomia Gibson), Marjorie (Jack Scannell), Judy (Gary Gellerman), Mary (Jeb Briley) and Joel (Andrea Gibson).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Leonard-Marker Funeral Home (6521 E 151st St S, Bixby, OK 74008). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Ft. Gibson National Cemetery.
