He was predeceased by : his parents, Jim Hockett and Nora Hockett; and his siblings, Moetta Alexander, Cecil Hockett and Jim Hockett.

He is survived by : his wife Wanda Hockett; his daughters, Linda Sue Turk (Verlin) of Blackwell, Glenda Day (Derrel) of Purcell and Karen Lambert (Mike) of Blackwell; and his siblings, Alice Schmidt (Ed) of Miami, OK and Chet Hockett (Loretta) of Wichita, KS.
