He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Warren and Rachel Victoria Finley (Mize). He is survived by: his siblings, Edward Dale Finley (Susan) of Granite, Oklahoma, Nancy Sue Stout (Arnold) of Elk City and Betty Fern Dias (Darrell) of Blair, Oklahoma.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Martin-Dugger Funeral Home and Cremation Services (600 W Country Club Blvd, Elk City, OK 73644). A graveside service will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Fairlawn Cemetery (1607 N Washington Ave, Elk City, OK 73644).
