He is survived by: his wife Mary Evett; his sister Cheryl (Steve Ritchie); his children, Kathy (Steve Jevons), David (Rhonda Evett) and Melinda Duke; his grandchildren, Darci, Greg Hays, Jessica Cline, Tazden, Alexis Jevons, Emily Jevons, Zachary, Dominique Evett, Hunter, Riley Birnie, Caitlyn Birnie, Bryce, Zoe Duke, Logan Duke and Cooper Duke; and his great grandchildren, Talan Hays, Ryker Hays, Hendrix Hays, Bohdi Hays, Cade Cline, Cage Cline, Ella Cline, Daxx Cline, Nolan Birnie, Emerson Birnie and Asher Birnie.
