He was predeceased by: his son Jake Randall Hill; and his grandmother Franks. He is survived by: his parents, Charles Ray Hill, Sr. and Janet Faye Hill; his wife Nancy; and his pet Ella Grace. He is also survived by many nephews and one niece.
