He is survived by: his wife Wynn Webster Fulks; his siblings, Junior Fulks, Cepheus Fulks, Avis Fulks, Maziel White, Dorthy Starwalt and Patsy Harrison; his nibling Dana Colson; his brother Adis Fulks; and his children, Terrena Dean (Scott) of Sperry, Patty Duncan of Siloam Springs, Tena Phillips (Dennis) of Bridgecreek, Oklahoma, Bud Webster (Beverly) of Choctaw, Mark Webster (Brandi) of Tulsa and Brett Webster (Chrissie) of Paul's Valley, Oklahoma. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild.
