He was predeceased by : his parents, Bob Bookout and Maudie Bookout; his siblings, Willie Bookout, Willard Bookout, Effie Davis, Opal Faye and Wilburn Bookout; and his great grandchildren, Gage and Elijah.
He is survived by : his children, Deborah Gayle Bookout of Cole and Lewis Bookout (Ruth) of Cole; and his grandson Brandon Bookout. He is also survived by grandkids and one great, great grandkid.
