He is survived by: his parents, Amy Frances Davis (Truax) of Blanchard and Gerald Richard Allen, Jr. of Blanchard; his wife Katie Allen of Blanchard; his brother Cody Allen (Yaulanda) of Newcastle; his siblings-in-law, Cristina Herrera (Randy) of Cherokee and Julian Trejo of Indiana; his nieces, Gabriella Herrera, Mariella Herrera, Arianna Trejo and Penelope Trejo; and his aunts and uncles, Linda Ellis, Lisa, Don Creech, Pat Smith, Guy Smith, Rod Albers, Mike, Becky Allen and Gerald Smith.
