We are sad to announce that on September 18, 2025, at the age of 91, Faye Chapman (Blanchard, Oklahoma), born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Alsup and Iva Lucille Alsup (Burton); her husband Charles Lee Chapman; her siblings, Alvin Alsup, Cathryn Jordan, Jaqueline Vaughn, James Alsup, Kenneth Alsup, Eldon Alsup and Larry Dean Alsup; and her son-in-law Dale Wayne Dunagan.
She is survived by: her children, Randy, Carolyn Chapman of Cole, Rhonda, Lynn Chapman of Blanchard and Tonya Dunagan of Blanchard. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and numerous great and great greatgrandchildren.
Viewing was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Eisenhour Funeral Home (2500 N Council Ave, Blanchard, OK 73010). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Dibble Free Will Baptist Church (12044 Firemans Rd, Blanchard, OK 73010). A burial was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 at the Dibble Cemetery (21925 N Macarthur Ave, Blanchard, OK 73010).
