He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Raymond Phillips, Sr. and Ella Francis "Frankie" Phillips Carter (Brooks). He is survived by: his wife Tacy Lynn Phillips; his grandchildren, Lola, Bentley Kash and Dublin; his children, Brandon Phillips, Ashley Phillips of San Antonio, David Ingram (Ashely) of Bradley and Mickey Ingram (Toni) of Bradley; his grandchildren, Madyson, Lindsay, Jordan, Brailyn, Tayla, Bowdie, Khloe and Elijah; and his brother Keith Dewayne Phillips. He is also survived by niece and nephew; and many other loving family members and friends.
