He was predeceased by: his parents, Juanita and Howard; his brother Mike; and his wife Sue. He is survived by: his daughters, Sarah Funderburk (Lee) and Katie Upton (David); his grandchildren, Mattie, Tyler, Garen, Deklyn, Lauren, Macie, Branch, Erin, Davis, Skyla, Carter and Ean; his great grandchildren, Ryder, Harrison and Azzie; and his siblings, Sally and Greg.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Eisenhour Funeral Home (2500 N Council Ave, Blanchard, OK 73010). The inurnment will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at the Blanchard Cemetery.
