He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Elvin Wise Sr. and Mildred Wise (DeJaco); his wife Janice Lee Wise; his son Michael Louis Wise; and the parents of child, Louis and Mildred Wise.
He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle Wise (Steven Weiss) of Arlington, Virginia and Christine Clarkson (Adam Clarkson) of Germantown, Maryland; his daughter-in-law Dana Wise of Blanchard, Oklahoma; his brother Fred Wise (Diana Wise) of Santa Maria, California; his grandchildren, Avery Wise, Isaac Wise, Ian Clarkson and Asher Clarkson; and his pets, Angel and Lucky.
