She is survived by: her father James Kenneth Lackey; her husband Dustin Cook of Blanchard; her children, Lily, Hudson and Ella Cook; her parent Von Lackey of Blanchard; her brother Josh Lackey (Adam Glant) of Seattle, Washington; her sister-in-law DesiRae Priddy (Ray) of Ardmore; her nephew Samuel; her niece Adilyn; and her parents-in-law, Bill and Darla Frick of Chickasha. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
