She was predeceased by: her parents, Aletha Velma and Harry Homer Dewbre; and her siblings, Burl Dewbre, Martis Dewbre and Emma Jean Dewbre Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Roy A. Welchel; her children, Roy Dean Welchel (Toni) of Blanchard, Carolyn Daniel (Don) of Oklahoma City and Ronnie Welchel (Nora) of Blanchard; her grandchildren, Angie Musick (Paul), Kristy Garvey (Matt), Jeremy Daniel (Stephanie), Raquel Welchel and Chad Doyle (Dustie); her great grandchildren, Austin Seabourn, Jamey Seabourn, Kristin Hester, Megan St. John, Heidi Musick, Bailey, Carlie Daniel and Dean Garvey; and her great great grandchildren, Logan Padilla and Emma Hester.
