She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Dwight Beuchaw, Jr. and Lena Mae Beuchaw (Daniel); and her stepfather Don Waller. She is survived by: her husband Lonnie Tracy of Blanchard; her children, Kim Cummings (Duane) of Texas, Regina Pendergraft (Charles) of Blanchard and Michael Tracy of Blanchard; her grandchildren, Mendy Stewart (Matt) of Oklahoma City, Matthew Cummings (Erin) of Texas and Chris Cummings of Georgia; her great grandchildren, Caylin Lopez, Carson Kirkes, Hayden Cummings, Riley Cummings and Maison Stewart; her great great grandchild Melissa Cortesio; and her brother Steve Beuchaw (Karen) of Texas.
