He is survived by: his wife Barbara Hager of Blanchard; his children, Staci McCoy (Jody) of Edmond, Ricky Dale Hager of Norman and Stephania Grober (Brian) of Tulsa; his stepchildren, Christy Streater of Washington and John Chapman (Tonia Behner); his grandchildren, Gracie McCoy, Brooks Grober, Henry Streater, Aspen Streater, Dominic Taplin, Madison Chapman and Gage Chapman; and his sisters, Tammy Dillard (Andy) and Brenda Kirkham.
