He was predeceased by: his parents, Cephas Lee Crites and Jewel Ellen (Cox); his siblings, Susie Shanks and Rick Crites; his daughter Robin Crites; his great grandchild Benjamin Taylor; his niece Kristie Dickey; and his nephew Ronnie Dickey.
He is survived by: his children, Wendy Bailey (Scott Stubblefield) of Blanchard, Kimberly Early (Bradley) of Dibble and Matthew Crites of Blanchard; and his sisters, Linda Dickey of Cordell and Lisa Poole of Roosevelt. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and a host of other family and friends.
