He is survived by: his mother Yoko Madison (Hotta); his children, Chanda Lewis (Travis), Bobbi Porter (Justin) and Shane Madison (Nathan Hummingbird); his nephew Christopher Madison (Karyn); his grandchildren, Kelsey, Riley, Reese, Jeryn, William, Kitti, Michael and Emilee; and his great grandchildren, Avery, Emery and Riggs Walker.
