She was predeceased by: her grandparents, grandma Matthews (grandpa Matthews) and grandma Holybee (grandpa Holybee). She is survived by: her parents, Gary Matthews and Barbara Matthews (Holybee); her husband Eric Short; her children, Landon Short and Kenzie Short; her parents-in-law, Benny and Debra Short; her sister Crystal Smith; her children, Dylan, Ty and Kylee Smith; her sister-in-law Angela Farley (Dallas McLemore); her nieces and nephews, Kaitlyn Bowen (Brandon), Tyler and Hayden Farley; her cousin Tony Smith; and also Trey. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and other loving family members and friends.
Viewing was held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Eisenhour Funeral Home (2500 N Council Ave, Blanchard, OK 73010). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Woodland Hills Baptist Church (313 Oklahoma 76, Newcastle, OK 73065).
