He was predeceased by: his mother Sharon Kae Perez (Shipley). He is survived by: his father Juan Guadalupe Perez Salazar; his children, Madisun Perez, Lilly Perez, Gabe and Julius Perez; his siblings, Amanda Perez, Patricia Everhart, Juan Perez (David Lee Everhart) and Bobbie Mainus; and his daughter Heather. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Eisenhour Funeral Home (2500 N Council Ave, Blanchard, OK 73010). A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Grace Church (302 N Jackson Ave, Blanchard, OK 73010).
