She was predeceased by: her father Russell "Rusty" Harmon; her brother Travis Harmon; and her grandparents, Jesse "Glen", Pearline Harmon, Jack and Mildred Burkett.
She is survived by: her mother Judith Burkett Stiverson; her husband Michael Kuhns; her children, Peyton and Hannah Hayes; and the father of her children Charles Hayes. She is also survived by family members and friends.
