He is survived by: his wife Amy Cunningham; his children, CJ Cunningham (Sierra), Dalton Cunningham and Dustin Cain; his grandchildren, Cutter Dennis and Kase Mitchell; his siblings, Dawn Troupe, Michelle Jeffryes, Larisa Stratmoen, Michael Jeffryes and Jesse Spradlin; his brother-in-law Robert Troupe; his mother Lois Adkins; his mother-in-law Carmella Smith; Geraldine Troupe, Richard Adkins and Danny Smith. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
