He was predeceased by: his parents, James Raymond "Jim" and Stella Jean "Jeannie" Burns (Pugh); his grandparents, Jess, Callie Burns, Dewey and Iva May Pugh; his sister Susan Janelle Burns; his wife Janine Burns; and his stepdaughter Diane.
He is survived by: his siblings, Nellie Palmer (James) of Asher, Jerry Burns of McAlester, Jason Burns (Sharon Elaine) of Ti and Eugene (Linda Escoe). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
