She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Lewis and Gracie Lewis (Sanders); her son Michael O'Dale Crowell, Jr.; and her half-brother James Robert Lewis. She is survived by: her husband Michael O'Dale Crowell; her daughters, Sharon Kennedy (Bob) of Ponca City and Delores Harlan of Grove; her sister Janice Ullrich of Tulsa; her grandson Nicholas Denman (Andrea) of Piedmont; her great grandchildren, Seth and Ava; her grandchildren, Hailey Hall (Chance) of Rose Hill, Mitchell Boyer of Andover and Karlee Bond (Samuel) of Oklahoma City; her great grandchildren, Monroe, Skarlett and Ellison Bond; and her grandchild Madison Payton of Oklahoma City.
