He is survived by: his close friend Sarah Ann Haddock of Bokchito, Oklahoma; his siblings, Frankie Lewis of Blue, Oklahoma and Jerrell Roy of Waco, Texas; and his cousins, Mark McIninch and B. J. McIninch.
