He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert Milam, Wesley Pugh and Donna Earles; his aunt Latisha Burlson; and his uncle Jason Piercy.
He is survived by: his parents, Blaine Andrew Milam (Terri) of Bennington and Jessica Ann Pugh (Stephen McDowell) of Nashoba, OK; his wife Tristan Milam; his son Ridge of Bokchito; his grandparents, Hazel Milam of Bennington, Deborah Pugh of Coalgate, OK and Kenneth Earles of Jacksonville, TX; his siblings, Blaise Milam of Tushka, OK, Emily Milam, Ryan Cunningham of Foreman and Destiny Pugh of McAlester, OK; his aunts, Rachel Pugh of Coalgate, OK and Janie Pugh of Coalgate, OK; and his uncle Bruce Milam of Bennington. He is also survived by many extended family members and good friends.
