She was predeceased by: her parents, William Wilson Gower and Zona Gower (Rose); her spouse Jessie Lee Thomas; her son David Thomas; her grandson Trent Thomas; and her sisters, Evelyn Potts and Ora Lee Gaither (Dolly).
She is survived by: her son Danny Thomas; her granddaughter Leslie Spencer (Cody); her great grandchildren, Rachel Spencer and Sam Spencer; and her daughter-in-law Connie O'Brien (George) of Bokchito. She is also survived by brother-in-law, several sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 15th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brown's Funeral Service - Durant (4900 W Hwy 70, Durant, OK 74701). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Albany Baptist Church.
