He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Neal and Pearl Neal (Werman); his wife Lorene Beaty of Bennington; his brothers, Louis, Fred, Jr. and Glen; and his grandchild Keturah Rose Jubilee Neal.
He is survived by: his sons, Roger (Carol) of Bennington, Dennis (Sandra) of Wylie, Texas. and Mike (JoAnn) of Scottsville; his grandchildren, Jessica Stahn (Keith), Chris Neal (Shelby), Elizabeth Hutchings (Jerry), Zachariah Neal (Christa), Abigail Biggerstaff (Steve), Lydia Branscum (Jared), JoAnna Henry (Justin), Susanna Neal, Damaris Neal, Matthew Neal (Cheyenne) and Caitlin Pruitt (Jonathan); and his siblings, Carl, Dan and Peggy. He is also survived by 21 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
