He was predeceased by : his parents, Mary Louise (Evans) and Billy Joe Stilwell. He is survived by : his wife Rene'Stilwell; his children, Toniah Frazier (Shawn), Krystal Dees (Greg), Terran Delain Stilwell, James Fisher, Jason Crossno, Brant Stilwell (Jacob Fisher), Jarod Fisher and Jamie Fisher; and his brothers, Donnie Stilwell and Billie Stilwell. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
