He is survived by: his wife Loretta; his daughter Katosha Nakai (Errol) of Boswell, OK; his grandchildren, Ellisia Nakai and Gabriella Nakai of Phoenix, AZ; and his siblings, Jerry Paul Belvin of Boswell, OK and Debra Bacon of Boswell, OK.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to the "Dante and Loretta Belvin Propelling Our Potential Memorial Fund" being established at Texoma National Bank in Boswell.
