He was predeceased by: his daughters, Courtney and Lauren; and his grandparents, Robert, Clara Thompson, Herbert and Eddie Walker (Syas).
He is survived by: his parents, Billy Joe Thompson, Sr. and Barbara Walker Thompson (Walker) of Boynton, OK; his daughters, Sharon Jones (Wendell) of Gilbert, AZ and Ashlei McDaniel (Elmer) of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; his brother Lester Thompson (Sherrie) of Tulsa, OK; his grandchildren, Kalise, Phallon, Romeo Jones, Elmer IV and Kyheir McDaniel; his nieces, Koya and Annis Thompson; and his grandson Parick Nero of Oklahoma.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Viewing will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Rayfield Baptist Church (601 Indianapolis Ave, Muskogee, OK 74401). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
