She is survived by: her parents, Gary Wayne Cunningham and Betty Sue Eppard (Howard); her husband Jeffery Akin; her children, Mark Akin of Boynton, Josh Akin of Kansas City and Destinee Morgan (Brian) of Muskogee; her grandchildren, Eileen Morgan and Jessee Morgan; her brothers, Mark Cunningham (Jill) of Smithville and Danny Cunningham of Kansas City; and her nephews, Kyle and Tyler Cunningham of Kansas City.
