She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Hazard and Thelma Creech. She is survived by: her fiancé Jesse Gilstrap; her daughters, Harley Kozak and Sara Driggers; her grandchildren, Arya and Ronin; and her pets, Hawk, Apollo, Daisey and Pebbles.
