He was predeceased by: his parents, LaVerna Christine Doolin (Anderson) and James Doolin; and his grandparents, Finas, Parisadia Doolin, John and Etta Anderson.
He is survived by: his siblings, Ella Elizabeth Doolin Henderson and James Edward Doolin (Jimmy); his grandson Matthew Doolin; his wife Leta Joyce Doolin (Boots); his children, Roy Daniel Doolin (Sherri) of Braggs, Oklahoma and Melanee Jane Ballard (Mike) of Park Hill, Oklahoma; and his grandchildren, Cameron Ballard of Park Hill, Emma Doolin Holt of Tahlequah, Oklahoma and Beau Ballard of Park Hill, Oklahoma. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren; extended family; and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Clifford D Garrett Family Funeral Home (1224 E Poplar St, Fort Gibson, OK 74434). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (109 Patrick Ave, Braggs, OK 74423).
