She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Bennett DeLay and Wilma Mae Spain; her husband Jack; her sisters, Wanda Delay and Vivian Cole; her children, Bill Dold, Kimberly Garwood and Kathy Knowles; her granddaughter Summer Garwood; and her great grandchildren, Mercedez Garwood and Truett Garwood.
She is survived by: her brother Marty Foreman; her children, Donna Al, Jack Hicks Jr. (Chris) of Perry, OK, Gail Wind of Ben Lomond, CA, Elaine Wendel of Gilroy, CA, Anna Tisdale of Roseville, CA and Vickie Lincicome (Debbie Farnell) of Albertville, AL.; and her grandchildren, Teresa Rodrigues, Chad Calderin, John Shwayat, Billy Al Balas, Winter Driggers, Austin Garwood, Justin Hicks, Melissa Chow, Eric, Damien Wendel, Briann, Jeffery, Jennifer Tisdale, Jessica Lambert and Michael Wright. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and countless friends.
