He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Neal and Mabel Neal; his former wife Reva; his brothers, Leonard and Delbert Neal; his nephew Jim Neal; his siblings-in-law, Ray Rey, Ailene and Mary; and his granddaughter Mackenzie Pryce.

He is survived by: his wife Judy Neal (Skaggs) of Braman; his sister Melba Rey of Wichita, Kansas; his sons, Marty Neal of Caldwell and Jeff Neal of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; his stepdaughters, Sharon Pryce (Kevin) of Wellington, Paula Lattimer (Eugene) of Hunnewell and Tammy Adamson (Earl) of Geary, Oklahoma; and his grandchildren, Jon, Kyle, Kari, Klayton, Kelsey, Cooper, Matthew, Stephanie, Mersadise, Krystal and Emma. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be given to the Humane Society of Wellington, Kansas through the funeral home.
